Can You Get One Shot By The First Boss?

Hey everyone, so I'm running a bingo lockout across multiple games and while I'm not a souls player I have a few friends who are and one of the goals is "get one shot killed. " I was debating removing this because I can't think of enough games where it's possible or easy to do within a reasonable time limit but if it's something that can be done in this game in a fresh save please let me know! I know the sub says only content with DS1 but if it can happen in any souls like and you know it please share! Thanks in advance!
