trying to find a live/work space

I’ve been looking into housing where I’m able to have a live/work studio space. I’ve tried looking into it & have tried searching many different ways & so far I’ve seen artist housing in certain cities or some residencies which from what I’ve seen are more short term.

I live in the US & relocating from TX but not sure where just yet - still trying to look into my living situation a bit more & go from there.

I’m open to w roommate situation with other artists / creatives , artist housing ( same building ) or my own live / work space but close by a strong community of artists.

If anyone has any experience with this or any insight / suggestions - I’d love to hear ‘em!
