Help with trt side effects

Ive been on trt for a few years and every so often I have to go off it because it starts to make me feel like my head is full. Its hard to explain, but if I dont stop ill start getting dizzy with vertigo.

Im guessing it has to do with my blood levels because I donate regularly but after a while it doesn't make a different an I have to come off for a while.

I Inject 3x a week. .35ml each time.

I hate the feeling. An I hate coming off then back on. Ive been to a few different doctors an after a while they just stop caring.

Any help would be appreciated.
