Everybody blames Jimmy and Kim about Howard, but nobody talks about how toxic the workplace was
People always blame Kim for ruining Howard's reputation, but in fact, the allegations weren't even that serious. I mean, let's pretend that Howard was actually a drug addict. How would this make him a bad lawyer, or even just a bad person? Dude was going through grief, guilt and a divorce at the same time, wouldn't it have been normal for him to develop some kind of addiction? It's not like Kim accused him of rape or something that really makes you say "damn, he's for sure a horrible person". An addict isn't harming anybody except for themself. In a normal workplace, people would have been understandable towards Howard and would have tried to help him since they knew he went through hell. The only exception is Cliff who genuinely tried to help the poor guy.
