Losing my mind here - can't figure out how to use FFMPEG to convert all the .mp4 files in one folder to the correct format/resolution for 3DS. Does anyone have a script that will do this?

Exactly as the title says. I've tried till Im blue in the face. Some programs work, some dont, some things from Github refuse to open, etc etc

I have a bunch of .mp4 files that I'm trying to downgrade to a lower resolution (right term?) for smoother playback on the MPEG4 Player app.

I can't find another app that fucking works either - the converter for FastVideoDS wont open and im just getting mad at this point, lol

I've googled til im blue in the face trying a million different scripts and things and no matter what I do I just cant get anything to work with FFMPEG - theres always some fucking error with something in the syntax and I have no idea what anymore.
