k2 closing?

saw that Will Cleveland reported on them defaulting on their mortgage and going into foreclosure

my partner and i used to love k2, their food and drinks always hit but we went once over the summer and the quality was so bad. everything we got so bad, the service was terrible and now it makes sense

any chance of them actually staying open through this?
