Wifi stick. sometimes quality drops really low and then is normal again

i have a FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick AC 860 for wifi. it worked fine on windows. it works partly on linux.

sometimes i have good internet and then randomly i have really bad and then it's back to normal again. it's nothing with getting disconnected.

i would be really greatfull if someone could explain how to fix it and what the problem is.
