sitting on a 2015.5 XC70 T6 with a bad transmission. what to do?

135k mi., had a transmission thermostat leak. new t-stat, then very shortly busts a fluid cooler line. also replaced, but apparently drove too long after the second leak and did some permanent damage done to the trans. will need replacement or rebuild, and the rando dealer i took it to quoted me a fuck off price of $14k and said i should look elsewhere.

it also has some ECU problems, A/C is out, and i'm not sure it's worth it to pour in money that i don't particularly have. what would you value this at? have you ever rebuilt/replaced one of these trans? what did it cost? should i just dump it?

i am leaning towards getting rid of it and getting an older and simpler machine.
