Turning a YouTube video into a podcast

Is there an Android paid app that can turn a YouTube link into a podcast that I can then play on pocketcast

Audio only.

I notice duckduckgo plays YouTube video without ads and I know you can do it on a PC but I want a convenient way on the phone
