Boyfriend blocked me

My boyfriend who is in a manic phase got angry at me pretending I said something that I didn't and refused to see me for second weekend in a raw. He blocked me on Thursday and said he will unblock me on monday. I don't know what to do, if it was a regular situation it would be the end of this relationship fore but as he is in a phase what am I supposed to do?
