So she texted back… but maybe not for the better

She texted me to say sorry about yesterday and how right now it’s not the best time for me to worry about this and she just basically told me that I do need help because she really thinks I could die without her and she told me to not look at this as a breakup but as a break but to please look for help. She told me that after I live for myself and not for her we can circle back to this.

Those this means I still have hope or she’s just giving me fake hope so I get better ?
