Legion Remix Infinite Power Experience Gain Buff?

I cannot find a definitive yes or no on this so asking here. I started a remix character and am leveling them. When on them I have the infinite power that shows 35% experience gain. I thought the XP bonuses were supposed to be across all characters. But on the others I plan to level I don’t see infinite power at all.
