Please help im so anxious

This started a month ago for me with what my ob said was BV. Ive had burning in my vagina. Painful sex. No smell or discharge. Urinary frequency and a weird pinching feeling. After 3 failed treatments. 4 different Dr's. And even an ER visit that checked me for PID. Finally came to reddit I had my dr test me and I tested positive for ureaplasma.

Ive spent hours. And hours. Reading about how hard it is to get rid of this and all the different antibiotics. I have health anxiety and reddit has scared me SO much. The only thing i want in the world is to have a baby and im getting older and im absolutely spiraling over having this.

Also I dont understand why none of my Dr's knew what this was :( if it can cause symptoms this debilitating and some people go on for years without a diagnosis
