Did you have any symptoms before your gestational diabetes diagnosis?

Hello!

I have my gestational diabetes test (glucose tolerance test) tomorrow.

I was wondering if those who have received the diagnosis had any symptoms before it? Because I am most anxious about this test (I don’t have a history of diabetes but my father and all his family members have diabetes).
