NDI on M4 Mac mini with Resolume arena 7

Hello all,

I work for a large organization that implements NDI to overlay text over graphics using resolume arena 7 and pro presenter 7. We are running the network through an unmanaged switch and it was working fine when we ran resolume on a windows 10 desktop. That machine died and we moved to an M4 mac mini and now the ndi server from ProPresenter will show up in Resolume as a source but when I put it in the timeline the feed will show as offline. I have also tried with a direct physical connection between the units and same issue. Anyone have an suggestions or run into a similar issue? Thank you!
