Palpitoad?

I’m really wanting to catch a palpitoad but I’m getting mixed info on where to find. Some sources say only the friend safari and others say azure bay/breeder gift. I’ve been surfing in azure bay for around 30 minutes and haven’t encountered one so I’m assuming that one’s a no go. Can anyone confirm?
