Dissertation help!!

Hello, Any advice from any paeds NQN would be so helpful. I’m in my start of third year, trying to start thinking of topics to write in my dissertation/capstone (8000 words and needs 3 articles) I’m interested in working in nicu when I qualify or any emergency areas and would like to focus my capstone on something I’m interested in. Does anyone have any advice on how they found theirs? It’s supposed to identify a real word nursing problem and develop a service improvement plan for this . I’m struggling to find a good enough topic with lots of literature! Help! Thank you :)
