Vehicle screens on external display?

Just on the off chance someone might have dabbled with it... I know about external MFD screens.

But has anyone tried using something like an iPad to output the signal e.g. of the Gazelle's Viviane system, the Black Shark's SHKVAL and others? My main gripe is fiddling with the zoom while using it in flight. Would be amazing to have that on an external screen that always shows it nice and big.

Any suggestions on how that would even work?
