EBT Not Working???

So my EBT was renewed today and I'm trying to order groceries but its not working. The app says my funds are in there and my case is still active. But when I call it keeps saying they are temporarily unable to access my account. And when I try to order on Uber Eats, it says my card has expired and to call EBT. What do I do? I literally have no food, I need to be able to buy groceries today. And the websites say EBT should still be working despite the government shutdown so idk
