What was the best vegan main course you've ever had in a non-vegan restaurant?

Lots of restaurants seem to think that 'a salad' or just swapping in some Portobello mushrooms for the meat part of one of their dishes will do for their rare vegan customers. But surely some restaurants are making a proper job of it!
