Authentication Guarantee

Anybody else have long waiting periods after their bought item delivered to an authentication center? I bought a psa slab that arrived at the authentication center on oct 6 and haven’t gotten an update since. Am I just too worried or are they just falling behind on getting it inspected bc they are log jammed?
