Is there any kind of site which works like the "Build planner", but in designing V?

Like... you would have a fix, non-moving V, and you could choose anything like in the game. (Gender, eye color, etc) It would be much more easier (from my perspective) if we wouldn't need to roll up and down to zoom in/zoom out, etc
