How to find s specific ship in the space (solar sytem)

This is a data Delivery mission where I have to find a specific person in COL285 sector HB- DA 42-4 system i have reached here but could not find him occasionally he showed up from nowhere flying his ship and messages me saying follow me..

Is there any way to track him in the solar system or is there any way to list all the ships currently in the system
