Should I buy Silent Hill f?

So i am relatively new to silent hill I really want to play a Silent Hill game but I only have an Xbox. the only silent hill games are Homecomeing, Downpour not available to buy ,HD collection I am aware of the S** show of both development and reception* and of course Silent Hill f. If yes do I need to play any other silent hill to enjoy it or does it not matter.

(I have played Silent Hill Shattered Memories i also posted this in another silent hill subreddit and it was removed dont know why.)
