Any FAs working out of LGA need a place in the city on weekends? Offering part-time studio share.

Hi! I'm an early 40s professional female. I own a house upstate but have a hybrid role in the city. So I rented and furnished a studio in LIC. But it sits empty about 4 days a week. Wondered if there was either a pilot or flight attendant that wanted a nice private space to themselves instead of paying for hotels!

Details: Located in LIC near N, W, 7, M, E, F and G trains. On the N line (one stop to queensboro plaza and two stops to Manhattan, three to central park!) It's an alcove studio with a balcony and quite spacious. Comfortably fits full sized bed, full sized couch with pull out (for guests), entertainment unit with TV and bluetooth speakers, and dining table. There's one closet and a large room with a washer/dryer that I've set up as a second closet. So the part time renter would be able to have their own dedicated closet space + cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. It's a secure doorman building with office lounge/game room and rooftop terrace. Close to several restaurants and shops. Total rent is 3300/month but I would prorate it based on how much each of us used the space plus a little extra for utilities and internet. Gym is $60/month which I don't pay for, but the renter would be welcome to if they chose. Lease was signed in June and likely won't stay past June 2026.
