How would you react if you suspected a kid was drinking alcohol in public

The person was with their parents and they were at a restaurant. The person appeared really young, to you around 13-16. You saw them drinking beer. In reality though, it was a 23 year old they just had a baby face. If you saw this would it catch your attention? Would you question yourself if they're even old enough to drink beer?
