Am I bad or is controller insanely difficult?

Pretty much title. I’m fine if the answer is “yes you are bad”. But I have tried several different setups, series, and advanced settings, and I can’t even hit the goal PRACTICE times in career mode. Pls help me find if I’m noob or controller is bad
