Bad performance in World of warplanes

I have lenovo legion 5 15ach6h, 3060 laptop gpu and 5600h radeon cpu. Each match begins at 100fps+ but gradually drops after a while to sometimes even below 60 fps. I tried the tips mentioned in this video to no avail. I also booted up msi afterburner to see whats up, the GPU usage drops after few seconds into a match and then immediately jumps back up right when the match end screen pops up. I also played some other games with afterburner on for similar time frame in which this happens during World of warplanes matches and nothing suspicious happens. Not even in world of tanks which is also made by wargaming. Does anybody have any idea what is going on?
