Travelling to Nuremberg for 4-5 days, what do I do?

I am to travel to Nuremberg at the beginning of November for 4 to 5 days with a friend, but we don't know with what or how to fill our time with good activities. I have gone once before, where I visited the DB Museum and Bamberg, but otherwise I'm lost. What do I do?
