Yeast infection or outbreak?

Hiiii! I (22F) got HSV2 in 2022, but I wasn’t diagnosed until this year. I think I may be experiencing my first yeast infection right now but I can’t tell between a yeast infection and the start of an HSV2 outbreak. I don’t have any noticeable bumps or anything, but the area around my vagina is itchy/tender (especially in the areas i’ve had HSV2 bumps before). i also JUST started my period.

if this is a yeast infection, what should i do? any advice is appreciated <3 thank you!!!!
