A worrying turn for the DCU

Let me start by saying I absolutely hate most marvel movies and think most are just superhero slop. The ones I really enjoyed were the solo hero movies because they don't need crossovers and deep lore to be interesting.

That's why I was so appreciative of the new DCU. Just self contained, interesting character driven stories like Peacemaker S1, Creature Commandos, Superman were soo good.

Now Peacemaker is already setting up some cliche, crossover cosmic threat it seems and we're back to superhero slop.

Also Peacemaker S2 would've been so good if it was a fully fleshed out Earth X season instead of 5 episodes of BS filler lead up, 1 good episode (7), and a sloppy epilogue.
