Unionizing

Hey so it seems everyone who works at spirit has issues with it, and I am pretty sure we’re not unionized, so I say we do that shit. I’ve personally had enough of inconsistent scheduling, rude management, hour cuts, low pay, accommodations not being met, box cutters that don’t work, and more. We need to take a stand, what are some of your grievances with the company what should our union demand (name ideas?) this is definitely gonna take effort but I’m sure it’s worth it! Tell me about your experience and ideas please let’s build solidarity
