Does it matter if Regina Jones says “that wasn’t quality work”?

I’m new to the game and still figuring things out. I was all proud of myself on the Playing For Keeps mission. I flatlined all of the bad guys, and some of them were extra tough. Not to mention the cops were close by, and civilians in the line of fire. All this only to have Regina throw shade on my work. I guess I was supposed to be more subtle. Anyway, are there consequences for “subpar” work?
