Any mod to make most of characters die before 60 while make them having more then 2 children?

I keep seeing ai with only one or two children or even one, while living past 80. It creates bordergore and uhistorical things, like half or rulers being women (which isn't a bad thing but pulls me out of immersion of middle ages). Any mod that changes mortality and fertility and still works?
