Looking to upgrade, but I'm not at all hardware savvy

So I've been tinkering on a few pc-builder sites but I don't really know what I'm doing other than aiming for my budget window (here I've aimed for the highest end of that window). Could anyone here give me any tips or alterations they'd make for this setup? I'm not looking for ultra high graphics in all my games for the next few years, I more want consistent performance and the ability to go crazy in Noita.
