Firmware 3.7 question on MY24 V60PE - around view

I was recently in for my yearly service and I asked the service consultant about the 3.7 update because I have it but it doesn't have the shared backup/around view screen. I asked if there was another update to get that, and after checking with the shop he said that some models don't support it.

Is that true? Does the 2024 V60 PE not support that or did they just not want to update the FW?
