What should I go for: A second degree or a master's?

I am 20 years old in Canada and I am looking to go back to school next year. I have a computer science bachelor's and I have always wanted to work with law enforcement (Digital forensics/cyber investigation). I was wondering what is the best way to achieve that. If I should get a second bachelor's in criminology/Criminal justice studies or if I should get a master's in cyber security.

It's important to note that the master in cyber security doesn't offer a specialisation in digital forensics and seems to be more broad.

I'm also interested of trying to get into law school and get a JD but I would like a backup plan because of how hard it is to get in those programs. Being a lawyer specialized in cybercrimes also sounds interesting.

I would really appreciate any advice since I don't know what to choose and have to make a decision pretty soon.

Thank you for your help.
