Hurricane 24 – opinions? Perfect for building aerobic base?
M 27, 83 kg (on my way to 75 kg), doing triathlons, I've worn out several pairs of running shoes, but I can't find the perfect ones for building my aerobic base, pace around 6:00/km
My last two pairs: New Balance 1080 v14 - the first 200 km were great, then my ankles and tendons started to hurt, I think they were a little too unstable for their softness.
Saucony Ride 18 - these, on the other hand, are a little too hard for me. They run well, but the next day my calves and soleus muscles are sore and tired.
If I analyze it correctly, the Saucony Hurricane 24 should be soft, comfortable, and at the same time stable enough not to cause pain due to instability.
Can anyone recommend or discourage them? or perhaps suggest other similar shoes for a slightly wider foot, typically for building a base for a few months?
