Can a Dragunity Windwitch deck work?

Been looking for an excuse to build Windwitch but I also understand that they are more of an engine than a pure deck even after their most recent cards.

I know that there is a WIND lock on their side, but I want to ask if there is anything in Dragunity's end that would prohibit Windwitch's use as an engine for their plays.

(this is for Advanced to clarify)
