Aim sensitivity- beta sensitivity to Day one sensitivity

During beta the think the default sensitivity was at around 20 default, now it's 40 for Xbox. I am completely lost now and somewhat mad because I don't know what the sweet spot is anymore for console. I'm pretty sure I set it down to 19.3, but was 20 the default number for the beta?
