Kevin 11: Ben 10 and Kevin 11 both have the abilities of 10 unique alien species. Ben can access the full power of each species, but only one-at-a-time, and only for a few minutes at a time. On the other hand, Kevin is permanently stuck in a chimeric form.
He can use each alien's ability (or multiple, simultaneously), but with reduced strength. Ironically, Kevin represents what Ben wants for much of the series (never having to turn back into human form), but with a horrific twist.

Ultraman: Ultraman gets his powers from Kryptonite (radioactive fragments of his home planet), and is weakened by yellow sunlight. Superman is weakened by Kryptonite and powered by yellow sunlight. Essentially, one gets powers from living outside his natural habitat, and the other from recreating his.
