NEED HELP - better uni or better course

PG: 39/45 - Econ HL-6, Math AI-6, BM HL-7, Eng SL-6, CS SL-6, Spanish SL-5 10th grade IB MYP E-assessments: 52/56 SAT: 1520 740RW 780M

So I essentially thought i could increase my PG up to a 7 in both math and econ but I couldn’t😓 I really wanted to apply for economics at LSE and UCL but lets be fr that is not happening with those grades. The thing is I’m not fully attached to economics as a course, I just want a career in finance.

I saw that i technically meet the requirements at LSE for finance but I’ve heard a lot of people say companies prefer econ over finance and find it more respectable. My question is essentially is it worth it to switch to what is possibly a worse course to stand a better chance at a good uni or should I just stick to econ? Also what are my chances of getting into KCL econ or finance w these grades?
