Completely at a loss - second failed FET

Hi for all who have read my posts. Sorry if I seem unhinged or just generally sad but I just had my second chemical FET. My first was with a modified natural cycle and a 5AA. Then my doctor did 2 months of Lupron depot because my BCL6 was 1.4. But I did everything else in the kitchen sink protocol (endometritis - negative, ERA - receptive, lovenox, baby aspirin, PRP, Claritin, Pepcid, medrol). The only thing I didn’t do was the EMMA test and I’m mad I didn’t during the biopsy. Could that be causing the chemicals if my endometrititis was negative? Would a vaginal probiotic suffice? I have one Euploid left and I’m terrified.

My doctor is recommending a lap but I thought the lurpon solved my suspected endo and my Receptiva score was only 1.4? I didn’t think I needed a lap

I’ll also be doing intralipids for the next round as I haven’t done that before. Am I missing anything?

TW: I have a live birth from 2.5 years ago and I don’t know how it’s become so hard for Me to conceive after only 3 years since my last child.
