Would like some tips

I am a hazard main trying to figure out mauga, I jave his basics down, when to use runpopping cage on like one or two people, when to peek, chain gun distances, etc. but it seems like whenever I pop cage every enemy under the sun pops their ult at the same time. Is cage just used to bait out ults? (Also side note, I don't care if this is a mauga thing or not but if genji pops blade or tracer just exists I insta cage them, usually solo cage then)
