Recommend me a country to settle down in

I’m tired of my country. If I ever had to fight for it, I’d honestly rather choose death. I have zero attachment left to this place. I won’t explain the reasons — it’d probably turn into a pretty hateful and racist rant.

Like the title says, I want to leave France and settle somewhere else within the next 5 years. I know I’ll have to learn a new language and put in a lot of work to actually build a life in a new country. My plan is to spend about a month in 2 countries first, then decide where to move for good.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

1. A country where most people aren’t religious (I don’t want to deal with any kind of religious pressure or stress).
2. A mild climate — nothing extremely hot or cold.
3. Clean and modern overall.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions that fit these three conditions. Thanks.
