actually low rise jeans??

what can I say? I’m a Gen Z girl who wants to look like a Y2K baddie… Do not tell my millennial siblings I said that anyways I’m looking for some actually low rise jeans that will be low rise on my tiny torso. I found a sweet spot at 8 1/2 inch jeans that end up right on my belly button, but I’d like some that or like 2 inches or more below… Inseam wise I’m fine because I have long legs. I just have a short torso so if it’s available in 30” that’s fine
