Have you ever experienced testicle pain after pooping?

21M, 172cm, 62Kg. As embarrassing as it sounds, when i was pooping in a store(i didn’t sit on the toilet, i pooped while i was almost standing and i kind of strained) i felt a sharp pain in my testicles (mainly left this time) that lasted for an hour, i also experienced semen leakage after the poop. Is this somehow normal, should i get it checked?
