I GOT MY ACCOUNTS BACK!!! Filed small claims
I will talk you through my process.
Okay so 6 months ago my accounts got suspended for account integrity ( I did nothing wrong). I just got my accounts back 2 days ago. They suspended i think 5 accounts in total. I will list what I did and what ended up working. THIS IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME. Everyone has different outcomes some people have had success in ways I did not. Your best bet is to try all ways.
1st - I appealed in the app. DID NOT WORK
2nd - I paid for Meta verified support on facebook and opened around 10 tickets. They gave me the run around and it DID NOT WORK
2nd - I sent a demand letter to their Sacramento address. Gave them 2 weeks to respond. No response and it DID NOT WORK
3rd - I sent a notice of arbitration to their Menlo address. Gave them 2 weeks to respond. No response and it DID NOT WORK
4th - I filed small claims against them to collect the money I lost due to my accounts business and personal being suspended. My court date was set for 10/10.
On 10/9 I got an email from a Meta attorney basically saying that they will be appearing tomorrow for Meta and they sent me their ToS as evidance.
About an hour after that I start getting emails from Instagram saying that my accounts where back and they made a mistake.
My advice. LOOK OVER their ToS to make sure you did not violate ANY rules. There is a META ToS and an Instagram one. Look at both.
When I filed for small claims I told them i was suing for loss of wages. Around $2,000 a month. (estimate). I didn't violate any terms and if I did your ToS state that you will tell us what that was and that did not happen. I reached out to support numerous times, sent a demand letter and a notice of arbitration and got no response. I also said that I would be willing to drop the case IF they gave me my accounts back.
in total I probably spent about $200 to file everything, print everything and park at the courthouse.
