Unemployment Application Struggles

I’m on the ADOL website to try and file unemployment. But the link only takes me to a place to log in to a previous account. When I use the link on their site to file a new claim, the link seems to be broken. Anyone familiar with filing that can provide some screenshots or maybe the right link? This could be user error.
