New Anisocoria and left foot numbness?

37F/ 5’8” / 172 lbs- no alcohol, smoking or drug use. I do have neurocardiogenic syncope, POTS, and migraine headaches.

Since August, I have been experiencing Anisocoria with my right pupil being larger than my left. I wake up with it most mornings but it seems to resolve as the day goes on.

Around the same time this began, I started experiencing varying degrees of left foot numbness. This is pretty much constant.

I’ve seen multiple doctors since this started and no one can tell me what’s going on. My eye exam is normal. I’ve had 2 brain MRIS- one showed a lesion in my right frontal lobe, one was normal- so who knows. Cervical X-ray showed decreased lordosis of the C Spine and DDD.

I’m at a loss of what this could be.
